Marcus Jeter grew up in the Pittsburgh area, and graduated from Penn Hills High School.
He later pursued his undergraduate studies at the nation’s first degree granting HBCU, Lincoln University, where he received degrees in; Business Management, and Finance and Banking with a minor in entrepreneurship.
jeter started resus technologies, inc. in 2016, along side 3 prominent african american men BECOMING one of the first all black technological companies in the pittsburgh area.

after going thru the VIGOROUS process of developing a mobile application from scratch, he discovered the cost to DEVELOP an INDUSTRIAL mobile application would cost him $150k-$200k.
on his pursuit to come up with a better, quicker less expensive way, he discovered the resus innovative process that allows us to develop mobile apps that is now affordable to anyone or small business.
